Classes such as Intuitive Development, Health & Nutrition and Meditation along with individual Body Energy Sessions of Cranio/Sacral Massage, Breathwork, Reiki, and more, are all part of this balanced approach. Drawing upon ancient practices and wisdom, we believe that combining all levels of well being is vital to maintaining a healthy, happy you.

As well as offering herbal tinctures and homeopathic remedies, our Market carries a variety of gifts and soothing items such as essential oils,relaxing music, prayer flags and candles. We offer organic coffee and Yogi teas as well as delicious dark chocolates and have a variety of books, incense, jewelry and baby products, too. Many items are purchased from local providers and others are Fair Trade.

We offer you care and services for allergies, fibromyalgia, insomnia, menopause, stress, weight release, colds, flu, digestion, heart health, pregnancy & infertility, immune system, arthritis & more. So feel free to contact us with your questions.
